Nice to be Consulted

Throughout the entire process, Chestnut Homes representatives have been very helpful.  Since I bought pre-construction, I had many questions about the townhouses available that the knowledgeable staff were able to answer.  Any questions that could not be answered were followed up on and responded to within 24 hours.  As building of the townhome took place and updates were available, I was contacted to keep me informed Any issues or questions that the staff had regarding my decisions were also raised to me.  It was very nice to be consulted as opposed to having the builder decided for me – even if the decisions were small.

I have been in my home now for 4 months and am very pleased with the entire place.  The construction of the home is very secure and insulated from the neighbors.  The “standard” upgrades along with my additions have turned out very nicely.  I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase through Chestnut.  I would definitely buy through you again and would recommend any of my friends to do the same.

Enjoyable Experience

We often heard of headaches when building a new home, but the process of building with Chestnut Homes was quick, easy, and headache free. Not only do we love the layout of the house, but it is also very spacious and in a great location. We are minutes from shopping and the tollway. We were also very pleased with the nicely landscaped yard that you do not normally get with other builders. The overall experience was enjoyable. We love our new Chestnut Home.
