Winnan Retires; Carol Schulze appointed new Sales Manager at Whispering Knoll |

After spending twenty years in the home building industry, Vara Winnan has retired from her position as the Sales Manager of the Whispering Knoll luxury home community in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Chestnut Homes is pleased to announce that Carol Schulze has assumed her role and responsibilities at the luxury home community. Carol has experience working both as a real estate broker and as a sales representative for a North Shore custom builder. She has participated in the design/build process as well as having sold medium rise luxury condominiums. Her wealth of experience in luxury housing will be a real asset in the Whispering Knoll community. Carol’s accent gives a hint that she was raised in England and has been in the U.S. for the past fifteen years.
