Special Promotions Offered at all Chestnut Homes Communities

Despite the negative national news stories about the housing market, there are homes that are being bought and sold every day in the Northern Illinois/Wisconsin markets.Since the homes did not have the artificially high increases in prices that some markets had, the declines have not been as pronounced as in theFlorida,California, orLas Vegasmarkets.

After 30 year fixed interest rates climbed to 6 ½% - 6 ¾%, these rates have now fallen again into the 5 ¾% region. These rates are again historically low. With reasonable credit scores and these low rates, home purchases can be made more easily.

Recognizing the price adjustments that some home sellers are making to sell their homes, Chestnut Homes, Inc. is offering discount pricing on Quick Delivery Homes in all of our communities. In addition to purchasing a unit with many options included, a client may opt for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage in lieu of any or some of the discounts that is as low as 3 7/8% during the first year of the loan. Both FHA and conventional mortgages are available through several preferred lenders.

For information about the programs available, contact the Sales Manager at the specific community. All offers are for a limited time and may not be combined with any past offers.
